Very happy with my new St Loy sofa set. It was a good price, and perfect for what I wanted it for. It is in a newly built "conservatory" end of an extension, and I needed it to be quite compact, comfortable and fit with the overall look. It all fitted into one large box, no pieces missing and it all fitted together (with a bit of squeezing into the right direction at times). My only complaint is with the delivery policy, which is totally inconvenient for the customer. There was no attempt at finding days/dates when it was possible/impossible for delivery to take place, so it was a complete "needle in a haystack" enterprise. They tell you the day before it is going to arrive, with the actual 3 hour time slot not being sent until early hours on the actual day, (so no possibility of re-arranging commitments/ organising neighbours etc). Yes, you can ring them straight back and tell them that you can't do that day, but then you are back to the close your eyes and stick a pin in a date system all over again. I ended up emailing several times, and did get responses every time, but no attempt to fit in with any of the (several) dates that I offered , so was again given a date that was impossible due to an important family commitment. Luckily I managed to find a neighbour who was able to come and let the delivery in. I understand that deliveries have to be scheduled in areas, and can't be just tailored to each customer, but surely there should be at the very least at attempt to find out what days of the week could suit/or would be impossible.
