The chair is comfortable, though, not as plump as the picture makes it look.
One thing that should be made plain in the description is the amount of assembly required. I didn’t realise I’d have to totally build it—which was hard to do by myself. Most chairs come ready-built, with only the base needing to be attached.
The base is too small for the chair; it’s fallen forward on me a couple of times. Will probably have to replace it later with a bigger one.
The back pillow is a nice thought—but too thick—can’t really use it in the upright position.
And lastly, the peddles to raise it are a bit fidgety. I sometimes have to press the lever, then recline to get it to go down.
Overall not worth £194 (chair+delivery).

It’s an excellent chair , very well made and comfortable. Only draw back is using the lumber support it don’t leave much room to actually sit on. Make the sitting area 4 to 6 inches longer and it would be wonderful

I use this chair every day for office work and leisure purposes and can honestly say it is the most comfortable chair I’ve personally owned, the quality actually exceeded expectations, didn’t think it would be as helpful for my back as it had been. The only negative thing I would mention is as much as I think the recline function is handy, it could do with more weight at the bottom as it can feel as it’s about to tip when leaning forward, although it never does
