Both chairs were slightly different in thickness than the other and in height, also one was not sitting flat on the floor, so tried to get a discount as I couldn't be bothered to undo and repack and send back. Had to fight real hard just to get 15% off which is terrible. I showed the the pics of the faults but they were not having it.
