• Care Instructions:
• When vacuuming, always use the lowest power setting or 'gentle' setting on your vacuum to prevent damage to the delicate fibres; avoid using a beater bar and instead opt for a soft brush attachment if available.
• Use a soft brush to clean spills immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge.
• Do not use any detergents for cleaning.
• Try to avoid getting the rug damp as this may cause deterioration.
• Occasional cleaning from a professional rug cleaning service is recommended.
• Please note: It is very common for shedding to occur initially, however over time this will stop.
• An underlay/anti-slip mat is not essential as these rugs are heavy and robust, however, we would recommend the use of it to ensure added safety on slippery floors.
