Its easy to assemble by following the instructions. Its firm and sturdy chair. Only thing lack my expectation is the padding on the chair. In website pics, it looks more padded and fluffy and comfortable but actually its more flatbed and firm. I ordered massage chair and this function works fine. Instructions are not clear about the wired connections but common sense prevail to make it work. overall I am happy with the build quality (apart from padding/softness) of this chair.

I needed a chair to help with my back as my gaming chair was pretty low quality and causing me pain. This chair, while not giving loads of back support, is miles better than the old one, and gives much more comfort. It was easy to assemble And is the perfect size for my home office desk.
