Very easy to put together and very comfortable. A lot of sofa for the money, we've put another footstool on the end which has given us the perfect space for two fairly large guys to relax. Delivery was prompt and exactly when they said it would be, with excellent communication. Would very much recommend, and will definitely use Daals again in future.

Easy to assemble and looks great. Will suit most contemporary decors really well. No unpleasant surprises and looks like the pic. Velcro cushions so there’s no sliding. Very comfortable although the back rest could be a bit higher. Vacuum packed cushions so there were creases but these have mostly come out. I’ve had the sofa for about 2 weeks. Best for small living spaces. There were missing screws with my order but the customer service was great and sent them out almost immediately. Spoke with Becca and she was honestly really professional, took full accountability and sorted out the issue.

Great sofa for the price. size and colour exactly as expected, storage in the footrest is pretty limited though, just enough for some blankets.
No regrets on this, or anything I bought from the website as part of my order.
The only strange thing was when I ordered, it said it wouldn't be availae for about 5/6 weeks, but it came in a couple of days!

I was very nervous buying this product due the reviews I read about the company. Luckily, it turned out all okay. The customer service takes about 2-3 days to get back to your email which is fairly acceptable due the circumstances we’re in. The delivery time was also not too long, we got the sofa just in time for Christmas which is a plus! We also got a call a day before the delivery so it that was helpful too. The delivery man was super nice according to my mum and even though we were on the fourth floor he delivered it inside my flat.
The sofa was super easy to build. It wasn’t first time doing it and I didn’t have any problem. The quality is what you pay for so I couldn’t ask for more. However, there were just some difficulties with slotting pieces together but that wasn’t hard to overcome. The fabric of the sofa was nice and soft. The size was accurate and fitted nicely in the flat.
Overall, my mum is happy with the sofa. And I’m happy with the delivery and customer service. Thank you DaAl’s! Would recommend to a friend 😊

This is a lovely couch and exactly what we were after. Its being used in the conservatory as a couch for the kids - they love it and we do too. It’s functional and we like the fact that the footstool can move or be made part of the couch so its more of an l-couch. We had a small issue and the customer service we’ve received was brilliant.
