Beautiful chair but slightly less ivory than I wanted it’s a dull canvas colour but still pretty. The carving and bubbles on the arms and legs are lovely. It was difficult to screw in the arms alone, and would not have found the parts inside the Velcro bit on the bottom of the chair had it not been for the other reviewers!
All in all nice, it’s wide enough to sit cross legged on it if you’re a small person, so very spacious I just wish it was slightly more cushiony as an armchair.

I am so pleased to see this master bedroom redesign come together this week. The room already had beautiful ‘bones’ inside this 17th century manor house with original beams and a brick fireplace, it just needed a little bit more love, colour and pattern injected into it!
To embrace this historic beauty and the gardens around it, we introduced Adam’s Eden wallpaper by lewisandwood to the bedhead wall (which, slightly controversially, has a window behind the bed) and added some new pieces of furniture and accessories. The construction is easy with not much to assemble, but the instructions are not clear that the fabric base underneath the seat has a velcro edge which should be undone to allow access to the screw fittings in the base. Also the velcro edge is at the front, whereas logically it would make more sense for it to be at the back. That said, it’s a great chair and I’m very pleased with it. Good value for money.
